"after filing a claim and going to the customer they told me to, auto repair estimate was for 3301.84 and not wanting to get car repaired there I choose to get money and take car somewhere else, they paid me out 2463.18 -- had I got my car repaired where they sent me to I would of had to pay the difference, when my deductible is only 200?? they said they have different rates.
